Andy has 25+ years of Insurance, Risk Management, Analytics, and Operational Excellence experience, across a variety of industries. Most recently, Andy served as the VP of Claims Analytics at Chubb, where he developed and deployed predictive analytics across global claims that saved more than $500 million in claims costs. He has also developed Predictive Analytics solutions for Comcast, Aramark, Arkema and Total. Prior to his Risk Management/Insurance work, Andy worked in academia, teaching at the University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr College. He has a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree from SUNY Buffalo.
Gordon is an innovative and high-performing professional with over 20 years expertise driving the operations of multimillion-dollar initiatives aligned with organizational goals. A veteran of the US Army, Gordon has experience in the US Intelligence Community, defense, aerospace, automotive, finance and insurance industries. He has experience working in large, complex organizations as well as dynamic, fast-moving start-ups. Gordon has an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. He also holds an BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh.
